Shipping & Returns

Deliveries are carried out by the Swiss Post and FedEx. The goods shall be examined immediately on arrival for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Information on delivery times are not binding.
Transport damage shall be reported and documented immediately, latest within five calendar days. Peren strives to deliver all ordered items as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within five to ten working days from the end of the day the order is placed if the product is built to order and one to three days if the product is already assembled and in stock. We are unable to commit to when an order will be delivered due to the number of external factors which can affect this. Peren is entitled to partial deliveries. Partial deliveries will be sent free of charge.

Returns

As each watch is personally made, the returns policy varies. Please contact us for more information.

Liability

Peren exclude within the legally permissible provisions from any liability for the sold and delivered products.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank payment. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including the statutory VAT of currently 8.1%. The prices valid at the time of placing the order shall apply. All products supplied remain the property of Peren until they have been paid in full. We reserve the right to demand an advanced payment.

Depending on your country, you may be liable for customs fees or import taxes upon import. These are payable by you - please consider this prior to purchasing if applicable. We advise consulting your local customs website for more information.
