Shipping & Returns

Deliveries are carried out by the Swiss Post and FedEx. Shipping with the Swiss Post International is free of charge.
Products shall be examined immediately on arrival for accuracy, completeness and integrity. Info on delivery times are not binding.
Transport damage shall be reported and documented immediately, latest within five calendar days. Peren strives to deliver all ordered items as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within five to ten working days from the end of the day the order is placed if the product is built to order and one to three days if the product is already assembled and in stock. We are unable to commit to when an order will be delivered due to the number of external factors which can affect this. Peren is entitled to partial deliveries.

Shipping to the USA

  • U.S. orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, meaning local taxes and import duties must be paid by the customer at checkout. This means you won’t face any unexpected duties or customs charges.

  • For U.S. customers, customs may require your Social Security Number or Tax ID upon import. This is mandatory and beyond our control. If not provided when requested, the shipment will be returned, and all related shipping costs will unfortunately be at your expense.

  • Please note that customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

  • All orders are dispatched from our main logistic centers in Switzerland and international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means any import duties, customs clearance fees, or other charges are not included in the purchase price. Depending on your country, you may be liable for customs fees or import taxes upon import. These are payable by you - please consider this prior to purchasing if applicable. We advise consulting your local customs website for more information.

  • Please note that customs duties paid are non-refundable. If you return your watch, any duties, taxes, or fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping to Switzerland

  • In Switzerland there are no extra taxes.

Returns

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The return intent must be notified in writing via Peren’s email address within the 14 days return window. The return declaration must be sent to the following email: contact@perenwatches.com
The consumer is obliged to return the received product to Peren in the original packaging, together with all supplied accessories without any trace of use. The returning costs of the watch are to be supported by the consumer. As each watch is personally made, the returns policy varies. With exclusive pre-orders each element is created and produced based on the amount of pre-orders we receive. Please contact us for more information.

Liability

Peren exclude within the legally permissible provisions from any liability for the sold and delivered products. Peren guarantees that the products comply with the promised qualities, are free from defects that may affect their value or fitness for purpose and that they correspond to the intended performance and specifications.

Warranty

Peren provides the customer with a warranty against manufacturing defects or hidden defects within 2 years as from the date of delivery of the product. Any claim for manufacturing defects or hidden defects must be submitted within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the Products or, in case of hidden defects, from their discovery. Therefore, under the terms of this warranty, the manufacturer limits and excludes the following:
1. The battery, after one year of use from the date of purchase; normal wear and tear (change in the colour of the strap, scratches on the glass, the bezel, the strap or the case).
2. Damage resulting from improper handling, as well as damage resulting from improper or incorrect use;
3. Damage caused by an unauthorised repair centre.

Peren shall not be liable for any damage caused by a misuse of a product. Excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong electromagnets and similar activities can cause damage to or affect the functions. The warranty does not include straps and accessories.

Payment

Payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bank payment. All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including the statutory VAT of currently 8.1%. The prices valid at the time of placing the order shall apply. All products supplied remain the property of Peren until they have been paid in full. We reserve the right to demand an advanced payment.
