The terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products, which are based on perenwatches.com

By placing an order you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in execution of the order. As each watch is personally made, the cancelation policy varies. Please contact us for more information.

Contract terms

The prices in our offers and order confirmations are binding. The Swiss-VAT is included in all prices. If possible, articles that are not in stock will be reshipped. If an article is not available, we will contact you by email or phone. If the item is no longer available, the customer gets his money back. Peren strives to provide accurate product information. Our product descriptions and prices stated during the order process are subject to confirmation and non-binding. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Switzerland. Peren reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions anytime. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of the registered office of Peren.
