    The unique color of the Devil's Lake from the Nera gorges is reflected into the dial while the cave shape of the Lake's surroundings can be seen on the cases's bezel and the dial's rim.

Peren focus to emphasize the mystery behind its ethereal existence deeply rooted into the mythology of Transylvania. This concept is at the core of every perennial project. Peren Nera makes no exception to this rule. The Swiss Made Watch is inspired by the Devil's Lake from the Nera gorges in Transylvania.

Inspired by a legend

The Nera watch originates from a declassified undisclosed abandoned Tornek-Rayville tribute project gone rogue. The Tornek Rayville TR-900 diver’s watch from the 60's is one of the rarest diver’s watch ever made. It was made for the US Navy’s Experimental Diving Unit, a unit that would later become known as the Navy SEAL’s. Only around 1,000 pieces were made, and most were subsequently destroyed because the watch was using a radioactive element. Only 30 or less are still existing today
